Wednesday study group now meet between Maghrib and Isha Prayers

Assalaam Alaikum Brothers and Sisters, welcome to the website of the Islamic Center of Asheville, located in the beautiful mountains of Western North Carolina. Please be patient as we are currently developing our website. For those visiting we meet for Isha prayers every night, and Jummah every Fri at 1:30 to 2:30. Meals are occasionally served by the sisters after Jummah.

EID Inshallah on Wed December 19, 2007
Muslims of Asheville will celebrate, Inshallah, Eid-al-Adha on Wed December 19, 2007. The prayers will be held at the Masjid at 9:00 am. Takbir at 8:30 AM

The community will again get together for a whole day celeberation at the Riceville Community Center, on Riceville Rd. in East Asheville, on Saturday December 22, 2007. Every one is requested to be there by 10:00 am and bring a lunch dish to share with everybody.
